One monumental hurdle has been cleared. Health Care legislation has passed the House of Representatives. The Democrats now have 218 votes. The legislation still has a long way to go and many hurdles to be cleared before it's enacted.
But I think I'll have a beer to celebrate anyway.
It appears that the final vote is 220-215.

How do you think the senate vote will break down?
No idea, but they're going to need 60-40 on a cloture vote.
My hope is that the more radical the socialists are and the more they screw up this country before the next two election cycles, the more they will get their asses kicked in those elections a la '94.
