What About Bush and the Next Administration?

TPM has an article on the difficulties of Congressional Democrats getting the information they've subpoenaed from the Bush administration. That makes me wonder about the future. Much of what the Bush administration has done has been criminal activity in violation of American and international laws against torture. Is the next Democratic administration going to investigate criminal conduct in the Bush administration and to what extent will Bush's people provide them with information if they do?
